Richmond St.; reckless driving on South Airport Road and East Richmond Street; operating while intoxicated on Engel Drive; a fight in progress at Shawano Community Middle School, 1050 S. Union St.; multiple tobacco problems at Shawano Community High School, 220 County Road B; a juvenile runaway on South Smalley Street; property theft on South Lincoln Street.
