Regina Lynn Schueneman, 55, Racine, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense), in connection with an incident that occurred Aug. 14. Judge Michael T. Judge scheduled sentencing for May 16 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.
Proceedings of March 10
Branden M. McNabb, 26, Oconto Falls, pleaded no contest to misdemeanor charges of child neglect and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that occurred June 22, 2021. A related felony charge was dismissed in a plea agreement. Judge Jay N. Conley withheld sentencing and placed McNabb on 18 months’ probation.
Tyler Jon Goral, 30, Green Bay, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to fleeing an officer and misdemeanor resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Nov. 20. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for May 19.
Jesse Reid Holtz, 48, Sobieski, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to two counts of criminal damage to property and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Oct. 3. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for May 19.
James R. Johnson, 33, Oconto, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on charges of child abuse-recklessly causing harm and misdemeanor disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Dec. 18. Arraignment was scheduled for March 17.
Proceedings of March 9
John S. Wiercioch Jr., 43, Suring, pleaded no contest to misdemeanor battery, reckless driving and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that occurred Sept. 21, 2019. Three related felony counts were dismissed in a plea agreement. Conley withheld sentencing and placed Wiercioch on two years’ probation, during which time he may not consume alcohol or controlled substances without a prescription and must maintain full-time employment and undergo any counseling or treatment deemed necessary by the Department of Corrections.
A bench warrant was issued for Andre Nathaniel Jackson, 32, Oconto, after he failed to appear for sentencing after being found guilty of misdemeanor disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that occurred Nov. 6. A jury had acquitted him of related felony charges of first-degree recklessly endangering safety and possession of a firearm by a person convicted of a felony.
Proceedings of March 7
Travis J. Ragen, 31, Lena, pleaded not guilty to two counts of first-degree recklessly endangering safety, four counts of felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor counts of causing injury by intoxicated boat operation and operating a firearm while intoxicated, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Sept. 4. A pre-trial conference was scheduled for April 18, along with a pre-trial conference on and four other counts of bail jumping, in connection with with incidents that allegedly occurred in 2020 and 2021. Ragen is awaiting a May 24-27 trial for second-degree reckless homicide, homicide by the intoxicated use of a motor vehicle and homicide by the operation of a vehicle with a prohibited alcohol content, in the Nov. 15, 2019, crash that killed Melissa J. Cota, 53, of Oconto. A final pre-trial conference in that case was scheduled for May 9.
Geran D. Metko, 37, Green Bay, pleaded no contest to charges of felony bail jumping and a misdemeanor count of failure to obtain required approval for deer hunting, in connection with an incident that occurred Nov. 7, 2020. Judge scheduled sentencing for May 16 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.
Dimitri J. Kiutacheff, 39, Chicago, pleaded not guilty to possession of narcotic drugs, in connection with an incident that occurred May 6, 2021, and bail jumping, for an Oct. 14 incident. Conley scheduled sentencing for May 2 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.
A bench warrant was issued for Eric Peter VanDuyse, 43, Green Bay, after he failed to appear to face an Oconto County count of burglary, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred Feb. 9, 2021. Court records indicate he is currently being held in the Brown County Jail on various charges and refused to be transported.
Bond was set at $2,500 cash for Travis Lee Thomack, 34, no known address, after he was charged with possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of THC, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 6. His initial appearance was adjourned until March 17.
Bond was set at $2,500 cash for Cheryl Lynn Nelson, 56, Pulaski, after she was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fifth or sixth offense), in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred March 8. Her initial appearance was adjourned until March 17.
