Malchow, 40, Oconto Falls, after he was charged with first-degree recklessly endangering safety and misdemeanor counts of operating a firearm while intoxicated and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 30. • Bond was set at $3,500 cash for Robby J. Lewis, 30, Gillett, after he was charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 30. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until July 18.

• Bond was set at $2,500 cash for Paula Jo Hackett, 41, Shawano, after she was charged with fleeing an officer in a vehicle, possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 28. Conley adjourned her initial appearance until July 18.

• William D. Patnode, 49, Green Bay, pleaded no contest to possession of methamphetamine, in connection with an incident that occurred March 28, 2022. Conley scheduled sentencing for July 17 and said he plans to rely on a pre-sentence investigation report from a Brown County case, in which Patnode recently pleaded no contest to manufacture with intent to deliver methamphetamine.

• Nathan Edward Mocco, 39, Coleman, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and was bound over on a charge of strangulation and suffocation, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred May 27. Conley scheduled arraignment for July 18.

• Bond was set at $100,000 cash for Kaz R. Howard, 22, Aniwa, after he was charged with first-degree child sexual assault of a child younger than 13, two counts of repeated sexual assault of the same child and two counts of exposing himself to a child, in connection with incidents that allegedly occurred in 2023 and 2024. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until July 18.

• Bond was set at $2,500 cash for Kameron Michael Dushinske, 34, Barron, after he was charged with misappropriating ID information to avoid penalty and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 29. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until July 18.

• Bond was set at $2,500 cash for Brett Matthew Klein, 34, Crivitz, after he was charged with possession of methamphetamine, felony bail jumping, and misdemeanor possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred July 2. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until July 18.
