Bond was set at $1,000 cash for Ashley L. Lulloff, 40, Abrams, after she was charged with possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and misdemeanor counts of disorderly conduct and bail jumping, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 25. Judge Michael Judge adjourned her initial appearance until July 18.

Proceedings of June 26

Phleecee K. Young, 23, Oconto, whose probation was revoked April 23, was sentenced to four years in prison, followed by three years of extended supervision, for possession with intent to deliver amphetamine and misdemeanor counts of battery, disorderly conduct and possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that occurred June 16, 2021; possession of methamphetamine, felony bail jumping and misdemeanor possession of THC, in connection with an incident that occurred March 18, 2023; and manufacture with intent to deliver amphetamine, in connection with an incident that occurred March 29, and possession of THC (second or subsequent offense) and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an alleged April 3 incident. Judge gave her credit for 363 days already served in the Oconto County Jail.

Steven M. Ducat, 37, Oconto, pleaded guilty to operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (fourth offense), first-degree recklessly endangering safety, fleeing an officer in a vehicle, two counts of misdemeanor disorderly conduct and a misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, in connection with an incident that occurred March 17. Judge scheduled sentencing for Aug. 30 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.

Proceedings of June 25

Robert R. Fredenburgh, 36, Mountain, waived his right to a preliminary hearing and pleaded not guilty to sending a computer message that threatens injury or harm and disorderly conduct, both as a domestic abuse repeater, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred April 15. Judge scheduled a pre-trial conference for July 18.

Proceedings of June 24

Andrew E Golla, 32, Green Bay, was placed on three years probation with conditions after Judge imposed and stayed a prison sentence for strangulation and suffocation and misdemeanor battery and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that occurred July 27, 2023.

Bond was set at $30,000 cash for Tyler Adam Ralph, 29, Manitowoc, after he was charged with two counts of battery or threat to a law officer, attempted escape from criminal arrest, and misdemeanor counts of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (second offense), resisting or obstructing an officer, criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 20. Judge Jay Conley adjourned his initial appearance until July 18.

Bond was set at $15,000 cash for Jamar Rupert Daniels, 52, Calumet, Michigan, after he was charged with possession with intent to deliver cocaine, possession of cocaine, possession of THC (second or subsequent offense), and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, in connection with an incident that allegedly occurred June 21. Conley adjourned his initial appearance until July 18.
