Shawano 36, Seymour 7

Shawano cruised to a Bay Conference win over Seymour on Saturday in Shawano. The win improves Shawano’s record to 3-2 overall and in conference.

Brayden Dickelman rushed for three touchdown to lead Shawano’s offense, which took advantage of several Seymour errors. Gage Timm rushed for a score and also threw a touchdown to Elliott Lowney to cap the scoring.

The Hawks’ defense held Seymour in check for most of the game. Ben Carroll registered a tackle for loss that resulted in a safety while Andrew Popp made several big plays for the defense.

The contest was also Shawano’s homecoming game.

Bonduel 33, Iola-Scandinavia 26

Bonduel picked up a big Central Wisconsin Conference-Large Division win on Friday, knocking off Iola-Scandinavia in Iola. The Bears improved to 4-1 overall and 2-1 in conference play.

Max Sokolski led the way for the Bears, rushing for 159 yards and three touchdowns. Isaac Banker ran for 52 yards and a score, while also hauling in four passes for 97 yards and another score. Banker’s touchdown reception was an 82-yarder in the third quarter.

Cole Letter completed seven passes for 158 yards and a touchdown. Carson Robaidek and Letter each picked off a pass.

Wittenberg-Birnamwood 50, Pacelli 0

Wittenberg-Birnamwood cruised to a road win over Pacelli at Goerke Field in Stevens Point on Friday.

With the win, the Chargers improved to 4-1 overall.

Tri-County 53, Bowler/Gresham 22

Bowler/Gresham could not keep pace with Tri-County in an 8-man game in Bowler on Friday. Bowler/Gresham fell to 0-2 on the season.

Logan Thiex scored all three of the touchdowns for the co-op, hauling in an 89-yard touchdown pass from Emmitt Kietlinski and rushing for scores of 1 and 68 yards.

Kietlinski finished with 162 passing yards in the contest, while Donald Webster and Ashwuut Mohawk led the defense with 11 tackles each.

Luxemburg-Casco 48, Clintonville 13

Clintonville came up short in a North Eastern Conference road clash against Luxemburg-Casco on Friday. Clintonville fell to 0-5 overall and in conference play.

After Clintonville’s Hunter Allender scored from 8 yards out on a run to tie the game at seven, Luxemburg-Casco scored the game’s next 34 points to seize control.

Brock Smejkal hauled in a touchdown pass from Dylan Arnold for Clintonville’s other score in the fourth quarter. Arnold finished with 151 passing yards in the contest.

Johnson Creek 54, Menominee Indian 0

Menominee Indian dropped a nonconference road game against Johnson Creek on Friday.

The Eagles slipped to 2-3 overall after the setback.

Port Edwards 13, Marion/Tigerton 6

Marion/Tigerton came up just short in a road matchup against Port Edwards on Saturday. The loss drops Marion/Tigerton to 2-3 on the season.

Cayden Schoen rushed for 56 yards and Marion/Tigerton's touchdown in the fourth quarter. Ethan Scheef finished with 166 rushing yards and 59 passing yards.
