• Logan A. Wudtke, 33, Cecil, was charged Jan. 17 with six counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of retail theft, intentionally taking less than or equal to $500, and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Shawano-Menominee Circuit Court Judge William Kussel Jr. set a cash bond of $500 and a signature bond of $7,500. He also scheduled a status conference for Feb. 6.

• Hayley C. Pyawasit, 40, Neopit, was charged Jan. 17 with one count of possession of methamphetamine, four counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a cash bond of $1,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Jan. 20.

• Chad E. Rockman, 29, Keshena, was charged Jan. 17 with four counts of second-degree recklessly endangering safety. Kussel set a cash bond of $7,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Jan. 20.

• Destiny R. Rockman, 34, Neopit, was charged Jan. 17 with four counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of battery and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a cash bond of $1,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Jan. 24.

• Jamal D. Birkley, 28, De Pere, was charged Jan. 17 with one count of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $250 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Feb. 23.

• Charges against Joseph A. Moses, 28, Keshena, were dismissed Jan. 17 on prosecutor’s motion. Those charges included one count of attempted first degree sexual assault of a person under the age of 13 and one count of repeated sexual assault of the same child (at least three violations of first or second degree sexual assault).

• Christopher A. Scotto, 40, Clintonville, pleaded no contest Jan. 17 to one count of burglary (a room within a building), one count of taking and driving a vehicle without consent and one misdemeanor count of theft of movable property, less than or equal to $2,500. Two misdemeanor counts of theft of movable property, less than or equal to $2,500, were dismissed, but read into the record. Shawano-Menominee County Circuit Court Judge Katherine Sloma sentenced Scotto to three years in prison and five years of extended supervision.

• Calvin D. Keyes, 38, Shawano, was charged Jan. 19 with three counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of retail theft, intentionally taking less than or equal to $500. Kussel set a cash bond of $1,000 and scheduled a status conference for Feb. 8.

• Darius M. Massingale, 21, Shawano, was charged Jan. 19 with one count of strangulation and suffocation, one misdemeanor count of battery, one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct and three misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a status conference for Feb. 21.

• Trisha A. Cardish, 42, Suring, was charged Jan. 20 with one count of possession of narcotic drugs. Kussel set a signature bond of $1,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for March 14.

• Sandra L. Thundercloud, 44, Bowler, was charged Jan. 20 with two counts of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $300 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Jan. 24.

• Brian L. Pamonicutt, 54, Milwaukee, pleaded no contest Jan. 20 to three counts of disorderly conduct, one count of criminal damage to property and two counts of bail jumping. One count of intimidating a victim of a domestic abuse crime, one count of battery and 11 counts of bail jumping were dismissed, but read into the record. Kussel sentenced Pamonicutt to 60 days in jail.
