• William B. Matchopatow, 33, homeless, was charged Aug. 30 with one count of misappropriating identification information and one count of possession of methamphetamine. Judge William Kussel Jr. set a cash bond of $1,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 8.

• Sheena J. Fleischman, 31, Wausau, was charged Aug. 30 with three counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia and two misdemeanor counts of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $500 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for Sept. 28.

• Bradley T. Jansen, 31, Shawano, was charged Aug. 30 with one count of possession of methamphetamine, five counts of bail jumping, two misdemeanor counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, one misdemeanor count of operating while revoked and one misdemeanor count of possession of THC. Kussel set a cash bond of $1,000 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for Sept. 28.

• Alex J. Anderson, 29, Marinette, was charged Aug. 30 with two counts of possession of narcotic drugs and five counts of bail jumping. Kussel set a cash bond of $3,500. This case will resume at a later date.

• Jose F. Garcia-Elgio, 29, Krakow, was charged Aug. 30 with one count of strangulation and suffocation, one count of intimidating a victim with force, one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer, one misdemeanor count disorderly conduct and one misdemeanor count of battery. Kussel set a cash bond of $2,500 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 9.

• Charges against David A. Lewis, 30, Shawano, were dismissed before Aug. 30 initial appearance. Those charges included one count of criminal damage to property (over $2,500).

• Alicia T. Schmitz, 27, Neenah, was charged Aug. 31 with one count of possession of THC (second or subsequent offense). Kussel set a signature bond of $1,500 and scheduled a resumed initial appearance for Sept. 27.

• Shane C. Nigl, 32, Cecil, was charged Sept. 1 with seven counts of bail jumping, one misdemeanor count of battery and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a cash bond of $5,000. This case will resume at a later date.

• Alex J. Cassidy, 23, Green Bay, was charged Sept. 1 with one count of possession of methamphetamine. Kussel set a signature bond of $1,000. This case will resume at a later date.

• Freedom L. Ebert, 26, Clintonville, was charged Sept. 2 with one count of operating a vehicle to flee/elude an officer, one misdemeanor count of operating while intoxicated (second) and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a cash bond of $500 and a signature bond of $2,500. He also scheduled a resumed initial appearance for Sept. 28.

• Amanda R. Klug, 27, Friendship, was charged Sept. 2 with one count of second-degree sexual assault of a child and one count of child abuse. Kussel set a cash bond of $12,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 7.

• Weston J. Miller, 18, Shawano, was charged Sept. 2 with one count of second-degree recklessly endangering safety, three counts of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Kussel set a cash bond of $5,000. This case will resume at a later date.

• Tyler J. Thunder, 19, Cecil, was charged Sept. 2 with two count of possession of THC with intent (greater than or equal to 200 grams), one misdemeanor count of possession of THC and one misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kussel set a cash bond of $250 and a signature bond of $1,750. He also scheduled a resumed initial appearance for Oct. 5.

• Russell A. Calkins, 56, Shawano, was charged Sept. 3 with one count of manufacturing/delivering amphetamine (less than 3-10 grams). Kussel set a cash bond of $1,000 and scheduled a preliminary hearing for Sept. 10.

• Kylee M. Tourtillott, 29, Keshena, was charged Sept. 3 with one count of battery or threat to a judge, prosecutor, or law enforcement officer, one count of misappropriating identification information, six count of bail jumping and one misdemeanor count of resisting or obstructing an officer. Kussel set a cash bond of $2,500 and a signature bond of $1,500. He also scheduled a status conference for Sept. 10.

• Misty D. Curry, 43, Green Bay, pleaded no contest Sept. 3 to one count of possession of methamphetamine. Kussel sentenced Curry to three months in jail.
