Recent proceedings in Shawano-Menominee County Circuit Court:

• Lisa R. Gutenberger, 39, Shawano, was charged July 7 with two felony counts of physical abuse of a child, repeated acts causing great bodily harm, and two felony counts of chronic neglect of a child. She could face a maximum 60 years in prison if convicted. Gutenberger is free on a $20,000 signature bond set by Judge James Habeck and is due back in court for an adjourned initial appearance July 13.

• Gabriel J. Gutenberger, 38, of Shawano, was charged July 7 with two felony counts of physical abuse of a child, repeated acts causing great bodily harm, and two felony counts of chronic neglect of a child. He could face a maximum 60 years in prison if convicted. Gutenberger is free on a $20,000 signature bond set by Judge James Habeck. A future court date was not set.

• Dade M. Marthaler, 18, of Shawano, was charged July 7 with party to the crime of physical abuse of a child, repeated acts causing great bodily harm, and a misdemeanor count of failing to report a crime. He could face a maximum 60 years in prison if convicted. Marthaler is free on a $5,000 signature bond set by Judge James Habeck and is due back in court for an adjourned initial appearance July 13.

• Arlin J. Cox, 41, of Keshena, was charged July 7 with felony counts of second or subsequent possession of marijuana and possession of methamphetamine. He could face a maximum 3 1/2 years in prison and $10,000 fine on each count if found guilty. Cox was ordered held on a $500 cash bond set by Judge James Habeck and scheduled for a preliminary hearing July 15.

• Matthew W. Dugan, 36, of Pulaski, was charged July 6 with a felony count of false imprisonment an a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. He could face a maximum six years in prison and $10,000 fine if convicted. Dugan is free on a $2,500 signature bond set by Judge James Habeck and is due back in court for an adjourned initial appearance July 27.

• Shaunice M. King, 28, of Tigerton, was charged July 6 with felony counts of possession with intent to deliver heroin, marijuana and methamphetamine and a felony count of possession of narcotic drugs. She could face a maximum 15 years in prison and $50,000 fine if convicted of the heroin charge. King was ordered held on a $500 cash bond set by Judge James Habeck. A future court date was not set.

• Linda M. Barrientos, 34, of Manitowoc, was charged July 6 with felony counts of possession with intent to deliver amphetamine and bail jumping. She could face a maximum 12 1/2 years in prison and $25,000 fine if convicted. Barrientos was ordered held on a $3,000 cash bond set by Judge James Habeck and was scheduled for an adjourned initial appearance on July 20.
