Recent proceedings in Shawano-Menominee County Circuit Court:

• Shawn M. Tilton, 37, of Tigerton, was charged Feb. 19 with 10 felony counts of being a felon in possession of a firearm. He could face a maximum 10 years in prison and $25,000 fine on each count if found guilty. Tilton is scheduled for an initial court appearance on March 23.

• Tim J. Sasman, 37, of Clintonville, was charged Feb. 19 with a felony count of first-degree sexual assault of a child. He could face a maximum 60 years in prison if convicted. Sasman is scheduled for an initial court appearance on March 23.

• Paul J. Deal, 37, of Weston, was sentenced by Judge William Kussel Jr. on Feb. 19 to 75 days in jail as a condition of two years probation on a felony count of second or subsequent offense possession of marijuana. Deal had pleaded guilty to the charge.

• Jessica A. Zepeda, 35, of Green Bay, was charged Feb. 18 with a felony count of retail theft and two felony counts of bail jumping, along with a misdemeanor count of theft. She could face a maximum six years in prison and $10,000 fine on each of the bail jumping counts if found guilty, and 3½ years and a $10,000 fine for felony retail theft. Zepeda was ordered held on a $1,500 cash bond. A scheduling conference in the case is set for March 3.

• Dean M. Corn, 45, of Suring, was charged Feb. 17 with a felony count of misappropriating ID information to avoid penalty and misdemeanor counts of operating after revocation and bail jumping. Corn was ordered held on a $500 cash bond set by Judge James Habeck and is scheduled for a preliminary hearing on March 3.

• Larry D. Gretzon, 36, of Hartland, was charged Feb. 17 with a felony count of false imprisonment, and five felony counts of bail jumping. He is also charged with three misdemeanor counts of theft and one misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Gretzon could face a maximum six years in prison and a $10,000 fine on each felony count if found guilty. Gretzon is free on a $2,500 signature bond set by Judge James Habeck and is due back in court for an adjourned initial appearance on April 14.

• Kyle J. Wilber, 19, of Neenah, was charged Feb. 14 with felony counts of child abuse-intentionally causing harm and strangulation and suffocation. He is also charged with a misdemeanor count of disorderly conduct. Wilber is free on a $1,000 signature bond set by Judge James Habeck and is due back in court for an adjourned initial appearance on March 16.

• Xa Vang, 33, of Wausau, was charged Feb. 14 with felony count of possession of methamphetamine and a misdemeanor count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Vang posted a $500 cash bond set by Judge James Habeck and is scheduled for an adjourned initial appearance on March 16.

• An arrest warrant was issued Feb. 13 for Brian S. Pamonicutt, 26, of Gresham, on a felony count of first-degree child sex assault-sexual contact with a person under the age of 13. He could face a maximum 60 years in prison if convicted. Pamonicutt was also charged Feb. 6 with two felony counts of first-degree sexual assault of a child and a felony count of repeated sexual assault of the same child. He could face a maximum 60 years in prison if found guilty on each count of first-degree sexual assault and 40 years in prison and $100,000 fine if convicted of repeated sexual assault.

• Melody A. Babicky, 57, of Suring, was sentenced by Judge James Habeck on Feb, 13 to six months in jail as a condition of 18 months probation on a felony count of possession of methamphetamine. Babicky had pleaded no contest to the charge.

• Bradley A. Bricco, 46, of Clintonville, was sentenced by Judge William Kussel Jr. on Feb. 13 to three months in jail on a felony charge of misappropriating ID information to avoid penalty. Bricco pleaded no contest to the charge.
