For the first time in two years, there will be a Christmas cantata at St. John’s Lutheran Church (the “Clock Church”) at 101 W. Main Street in Gillett.
An ecumenical choir will present a 45-minute musical celebration of “Christmas in His Presence” with singers and narration at four performances, two before Christmas: 7 p.m. Dec. 17 and 7 p.m. Dec. 21. After Christmas there will be performances at 7 p.m. Dec. 29 and a final performance at 2 p.m. Jan. 2.
There is no charge for admission but a free-will offering will be accepted. A dessert reception follows each performance. St. John’s Lutheran is handicapped accessible to all.
